How to make
Clean and wash the hot peppers. Dry them and fry them in a little heated oil.
While the hot peppers are frying, prepare the marinade.
Mix the water with the salt, sugar and vinegar and stir well over moderate heat, until the mixture is homogeneous.
Arrange the fried hot peppers in clean and dry jars and pour the cooled marinade over them.
Close them well with the lids and sterilize them for 5-10 minutes after the water boils.
Store them in a cool and dark place.
The fried jarred hot peppers are ready.
