  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • oats - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • strawberries - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • honey - 1 1/2 tsp.

How to make

The banana is peeled and cut into circles. Then in a blender or chopper, it is blended until smooth.

The strawberries are cleaned, washed and cut into small pieces. The blended banana is then poured into a deeper bowl. The oats and melted honey are added to it. Mix well with a spoon.

Then add the strawberries cut into small pieces. The mixture is stirred again, but more carefully, because of the strawberries.

After that, the finished mixture is poured into a baking pan, which has been previously covered with baking paper. Form the mixture nicely with a spoon. The mixture should be spread out in a thin layer.

Then it is cut into breakfast bars and put in the oven. Bake at 210°F (100°C) for about 40-50 minutes.
