How to make
Toast the walnuts lightly. Cut the dried fruit into small pieces.
Heat the cream while stirring constantly. Add the crushed chocolate and butter to it.
Stir, until the chocolate has completely melted. Add the walnuts and finely chopped fruit to the completely homogenized mixture. Add the rum.
Cool the finished mixture and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour, until it hardens completely. After dipping your hands in water, form walnut-sized balls from the mixture.
Roll one portion of the candies in coconut shavings and the others in cocoa.
Arrange truffles on a suitable platter and cool them before serving.
The truffles with dried fruit are ready.
