How to make
Cook the beef in a pressure cooker for about 45 minutes.
Bake the flour in the oven, until it starts to change color, by stirring it.
Heat the oil. Add the flour while stirring continuously. Pour the white wine in a thin stream. Add soy sauce and season with salt and black pepper.
Put the meat in a baking pan. Pour the broth and add about 2 cups of the broth.
Stir and bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Five minutes before the end of baking, add the cherry tomatoes.
Boil the cleaned asparagus in salted water for about 5-6 minutes.
Serve the beef with asparagus, garnished with cherry tomatoes and drizzled with sauce.
