Ingredients

  • almond flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • oat flour - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • coconut sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • peanut tahini - 3.2 oz (90 g)
  • maple syrup - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • coconut oil - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • blueberries - 5.3 oz (150 g) for decoration

How to make

In a bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, oat flour, baking powder and cinnamon.

Add the tahini, maple syrup and melted coconut oil and stir.

A soft dough is kneaded, which is rolled out between two sheets of baking paper with a thickness of 0.2″ (0.5 cm). Christmas tree figures are cut out.

Arrange them on a tray covered with baking paper and place a few blueberries on top of each biscuit with light pressure.

The biscuits are baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 7-8 minutes.

Store the biscuits in a metal box.
