How to make
Beat the eggs with a mixer, then add the sugar and beat until it melts. Add the sifted flour and mix - you will get something like a dough.
Add the baking powder and Amaretto to it. Mix well and divide into two. Add cocoa or food coloring to half of it.
Grease two baking pans, sprinkle with flour or cocoa, by patting and turning to cover the greased surface of the baking dish. Pour the mixture and bake in the oven until done.
Beat the cream with 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and dilute the vanilla pudding with water or milk and beat with a mixer.
Wash the blueberries by soaking them in water first. Prepare all the other ingredients while the cake layers are baking.
When they are done and have cooled, you can cut them into two or three thin slices or leave them as is.
Arrange the first cake layer in a ring cake mold (it is good if it is thicker), add cream on top and sprinkle with sliced almonds on top.
Place a thin layer of cocoa on top, again cream and sliced almonds, and after them you place another thin layer. Apply vanilla cream on it - very thinly. Arrange the blueberries on top.
Melt the couverture and coconut oil on the stove in a water bath. Pour into the ring mold on top of the almond cake. Sprinkle with sliced almonds on top.
Once the Almond Cake with Amaretto and Blueberries has set, remove it from the mold.
