How to make
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, oil and yogurt (with the previously added soda in it) until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Then we add the dose of protein and vanilla. Mix for a minute with a mixer and pour the already sifted flour (for best results, sift twice).
Our sponge cake layer is completely ready, next up is the addition of the fruit and chocolate, which should be cut into small pieces.
A tip from me - roll them in flour before adding them so they don't stick to the bottom during baking.
Bake the sponge cake with fruit in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until done, about 30-40 minutes.
