Ingredients

  • tomato - 1/2 pc., about 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • jalapeno - 1/2 pcs. canned or fresh
  • spring onions - 2 stalks
  • garlic - 1/2 clove
  • coriander - 1 stalk
  • avocado - 1 pc. medium - sized or large
  • lime - 1/2 pcs. (freshly squeezed juice)
  • salt - 1/4 tsp. or by taste
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.

How to make

Clean the avocado, tomato and spring onion and put them to blend on medium speed in a blender.

You can chop the onion and the tomato by hand and mash the avocado with a fork. The guacamole can be coarser or finer depending on your preference.

Add the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and chopped jalapeño pepper and fresh coriander leaves.

Mix well and serve your favorite Guacamole with Spring Onions and Nachos, Fajitas or simply on toast.
