How to make
The cleaned shrimp are seasoned with olive oil, garlic and pepper and are left for 1 hour.
They are placed in a non greased pan and fried on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add the coconut milk and when they remain in fat, they are ready.
Sprinkle the pan-fried shrimp with parsley and toasted sesame seeds.
The Spicy Coconut Shrimp are served in a coconut, garnished with fried rice paper for spring rolls.
