How to make
Crush the wafers and add the hazelnuts and Nutella to them. Mix well and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Shape the mixture into balls the size of a small walnut. Leave them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, melt the chocolate. Add the hazelnut, butter and milk. Mix well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Remove the chocolate candies from the refrigerator and dip each into the chocolate-hazelnut mixture.
Place the truffles on a tray lined with baking paper. Leave them in the fridge to harden and then arrange them in paper capsules.
33 pcs. of Homemade Ferrero Roche Truffles were obtained from this mixture.
