Ingredients

  • beef - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • celery - 1/2 head
  • potatoes - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc. medium - sized
  • green peppers - 2 pcs.
  • salt
  • black pepper - 4 - 5 grains
  • oil - 1/2 cup

How to make

Cut the beef into suitable pieces and put it in a pot to boil it. Add the cleaned and finely chopped head of celery. Add the chopped carrot and peeled potatoes.

Add the cleaned from the seeds peppers along with the vegetables.

Once they soften, take them out, peel them, blend them and return them back into the pot.

Add the oil and season with salt.

Boil over low heat, until the meat and vegetables soften.

At the end of cooking the boiled beef, add the peppercorns.
