  • celery - 1 bunch
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • salt - 1 cup (not full)

How to make

The tomatoes should be blanched in hot water for 20-30 seconds so that they can be easily peeled.

After peeling them, cut them into pieces.

Grind them in a meat grinder or use a kitchen processor. Then strain them to remove the seeds.

Add salt, finely chopped parsley and celery.

Pour the tomato juice in bottles, close them and sterilize them for 15 minutes.
