How to make
The potatoes are boiled.
While they cool, boil the rice.
Peel and mash the potatoes.
Add the cooled rice to them and stir, so that everything mixes well.
Add the crumbled tofu, the chopped parsley and the spices. Mix well and form potato patties.
They are rolled in flour mixed with breadcrumbs and fried on both sides in heated oil.
The potato patties with rice and tofu are ready.
