How to make
Mix the yogurt with the flour.
Stir with a wire whisk, until all lumps are broken down well and the mixture is smooth.
Remove the chicken soup from heat.
Add a ladleful of the hot soup and stir immediately. Add a second ladle and so on, until the temperature is even.
Pour the thickener into the soup. Place it back onto the heat and boil for 5 minutes.
Turn it off and serve it.
* The egg-free chicken soup thickener can be made without the flour and that way it will be healthier.
