How to make
Prepare the coffee and leave it to cool.
Beat the cream with the sugar, add the mascarpone and beat again, until a smooth cream is obtained.
Dip the lady fingers in the coffee and arrange one row in the tray, spread some cream on top and sprinkle with a few raspberries.
Alternate the products, but finishing off with the cream.
Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Take it out and sprinkle it with plenty of cocoa.
