Ingredients

  • For the base
  • chocolate biscuits - 3 oz (80 g)
  • coconut oil - 0.5 oz (15 g) ordinary
  • For the cream
  • fat free cottage cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) or skyr
  • cream cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • chocolate protein - 0.5 oz (15 g) cocoa + sweetener
  • For decoration
  • strawberry jam - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • blueberries - frozen or fresh and cherries (other fruit)

How to make

For the base:

Blend the biscuits and melt the butter.

Mix them, stir well and distribute the resulting mixture on the bottom of the cups.

For the cream:

Combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese and protein and mix well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained (if necessary, add a little water).

Arrange the blueberries on the sides of the glasses and spread the cream.
