"The banana blondie with white chocolate flavored with bananas is an unique vegan dessert"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • bananas - 2 pcs.
  • vanilla protein - 1.2 oz (35 g)
  • rice flour - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • coconut flour - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • coconut oil - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • white chocolate - 2.5 oz (70 g) + more for decoration
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

How to make

Beat the egg and mash the banana.

Melt 1.8 oz (50 g) of the chocolate in a water bath and cut the rest into small cubes.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and pour the blondie mixture into a baking pan onto baking paper.

Bake in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) for approximately 10 minutes.

Leave the baked banana cake cool down, decorate it with chocolate and it's ready to be served!
