Ingredients

  • eggs - 8 whites + 8 egg yolks
  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • vanilla - 1 ampoule
  • white chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Boil the milk with vanilla. Beat the egg yolks with sugar, flour and milk in a pot in a water bath to thickening. Remove from the heat and add the pre-melted white chocolate.

Once the cream has cooled, mix gently with the beaten into snow egg whites. You can pour the cream into a large glass bowl or in small individual dessert cups.

Optionally, you can decorate it with fruits of a jam.
