How to make
Beat the egg and mash the banana.
Melt 1.8 oz (50 g) of the chocolate in a water bath and cut the rest into small cubes.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and pour the blondie mixture into a baking pan onto baking paper.
Bake in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) for approximately 10 minutes.
Leave the baked banana cake cool down, decorate it with chocolate and it's ready to be served!
