"There is something for everyone - lots and lots of delicious homemade custard with white chocolate."

Ingredients

  • milk - 4 cups (1 L)
  • yolks - 6
  • sugar - 8 tbsp.
  • wheat starch - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • white chocolate - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • butter - 2.7 oz (75 g)
  • vanilla essence - 2 tsp.

How to make

Heat the milk with the sugar on the stove in a pot.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add the starch and vanilla. Pour a little of the warm milk and stir.

Add the mixture to the pot in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Add the chocolate pieces. Stir until a smooth cream is obtained.

Remove from the heat and add the butter to the custard.

Stir and distribute the homemade custard with white chocolate into cups or bowls.
