Ingredients

  • white chocolate - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 6 oz (170 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp.
  • butter - 7 oz (200 g)
  • vanilla - 1 powder
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • strawberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Put the butter and white chocolate in a water bath and melt them.

Beat the eggs (at room temperature) with the sugar and salt and gradually add the butter and chocolate mixture to them.

Sift the flour along with the baking powder and mix gently with a spatula, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Finally, add the walnuts (chopped) and vanilla.

Grease and flour the bottom and walls of a wide baking pan and distribute the strawberries (cleaned and cut into pieces).

Pour the blondies mixture on top and place in the oven, which needs to have been preheated to 360°F (180°C).

Bake the blondies with white chocolate, walnuts and strawberries for about 25 minutes or until they aquire a golden brown color.
