How to make

This strawberry dessert is not at all difficult to make, but it is very beautiful and effective and last but not least, very tasty.

To make the recipe for the gorgeous desserts you need silicone molds for half spheres.

Grate the white chocolate and melt it slowly at a temperature of 120°F (50°C), stirring constantly, until it liquefies.

Spread the walls of 6 half spheres (7 cm diameter) in a thin layer with a kitchen brush and store them in the refrigerator to harden for 10-15 minutes. Then apply another layer again and leave the molds to cool.

Start making the strawberry mousse for filling.

Sprinkle the aromatic fruits with sugar and boil over moderate heat for 10 minutes. Blend and when the temperature has dropped to 180°F (80°C), dissolve the hydrated gelatin leaves in the strawberry mixture.

Leave for 30 minutes to start hardening.

Beat the egg whites well and in a separate bowl, beat the cream into a fluffy cream.

First, add the cream to the slightly hardened strawberry mixture and mix with smooth movements of the spatula. Finally, add the egg whites, again with slow, careful movements to maintain the maximum volume of the mousse.

When all the components for the strawberry desserts are ready, carefully remove the white chocolate halves.

Inside each, put a small strawberry or a larger one halved so that it fits in the hole but does not take up a lot of space.

Fill with mousse and put the finished domes in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

Serve the Strawberry Domes with White Chocolate and Mousse for dessert, garnished with more fresh fruit.

Enjoy!
