How to make
Cut the sauerkraut into small pieces and set it aside.
Wash the rooster and cut it into portions.
Grab a pressure cooker, add the lard, leave it to melt and add the portions and leave them to them fry.
Add the chopped sauerkraut, mix well and add the paprika.
Add the spices, add 1/2 cup of water + 1/2 cup of sauerkraut juice, as well as spices.
Close the lid and leave the food to boil on the stove.
Boil all this for about 35 minutes, then add the rice and close again.
If necessary, add more water and sauerkraut broth.
Leave the pressure cooker running for another 10 minutes for the stewed chicken.
After the time is up, open the lid and serve the Pressure-Cooker Rooster.
