"A healthy dessert with chia, cacao and oats"

Ingredients

  • yogurt - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • chia - 3 tbsp. with a tip
  • oats - 3 tbsp. sliced
  • cocoa - 1 and 1/2 tbsp. (natural, powder)
  • milk - 3 tbsp.
  • pistachios - 4 tbsp. (without salt, baked and chopped)
  • honey - 3 tbsp. or by taste
  • fresh fruit - for serving (I added physalis)

How to make

There are no easier and healthier creams and puddings than these with chia and oats.

Mix all the products in a bowl, without the fruit, which is for decoration and garnish them.

Mix well and leave them for about an hour.

Check if the seeds and nuts have swollen and absorbed the liquids.

When the chia cream has thickened, distribute it into cups, sprinkle with pistachios and garnish with physalis or any other fruit you have or like.
