How to make
I cut and peeled the compote peaches. I arranged them in the sponge cake mold.
I soaked one gelatin in a little water to swell, then melted it in a water bath and mixed it with the compote juice (about 400 ml). I colored a third of it with orange paint and poured it over the peaches.
I put it in the freezer to set for 15 minutes. I colored the other part with red paint, poured it on the orange layer and put it in the freezer again to harden.
During this time, I also soaked the other gelatin and melted it in a water bath. I whipped the cream with the powdered sugar.
I added the milk and the melted gelatin. I mixed well and poured it over the red mixture.
I smoothed it out well and put it back in the freezer - until the jelly has completely set.
I dipped it briefly in a bowl of hot water before turning it over onto the plate.
The jelly dessert with peaches is ready.
