How to make
Clean the chanterelle mushrooms. Cut the bigger ones and keep the smaller ones whole.
Pour the oil and butter into a pan and heat them. Pour the mushrooms, add salt and pour the white wine.
Leave the mushrooms to stew, until they soften. Season with black pepper.
Remove them from the heat and sprinkle the sauteed mushrooms with the chopped dill and parsley.
