How to make
Put the water in the saucepan. Add the gelatin and turn the heat to low, so that it can dissolve.
Add the glucose and as soon as it melts, add the vanilla and remove it from the heat.
Pour the powdered sugar into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour the syrup from the saucepan into the well and stir.
Start kneading, until the sugar dough is formed. If the dough sticks to your hands, add powdered sugar.
Wrap the fondant tightly in cling film to store it, until you are going to use this icing.
