  • ladyfingers - 9 oz (250 g)
  • espresso - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • mascarpone - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • nutella - 2 tbsp.
  • rum - 2 tbsp.
  • cocoa - for rolling

How to make

For these delicious tiramisu truffles I used soft ladyfingers for cakes, which I crushed with my fingers into pieces, which weren't too small.

I added the rest of the products to them, without the cocoa and mixed with a spoon.

I formed small balls from the resulting soft mixture, which I rolled in cocoa.

I put the truffles in the fridge for a few hours to harden.

I made 35 delicious tiramisu flavored truffles from this mixture.
