How to make
Before I started cooking the hunter's style beef, the beef was left about 10 hours in the marinade:
White wine, the pressed garlic, oregano, thyme.
I cut the beef into pieces and stewed them lighty in the IP.
Then I left them for 13 minutes under pressure.
When it was ready, I took out the meat and made a sauce of canned tomatoes and stewed the tomato puree with a little sugar and pomegranate juice.
During this time in the air fryer I made the grilled vegetables - pepper, carrot and onion - 360°F (180°C) sprinkled with salt, thyme and a little fat.
I served, by arranging the vegetables at the bottom, then the meat and poured the sauce over them.
