How to make
Cut the pork into pieces, including the bacon and put them together in preheated oil to get them braised evenly. Once the pork is fried, add chopped carrots, onions and coarse celery.
Once the onions soften, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and season it with paprika. After about 15 minutes, top it with the wine and broth, cut the small onion in half and simmer the dish until the liquid is slightly dissolved and the meat is completely tender.
Add flour dissolved in a little water, then all the other spices and butter. Stir and allow to cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve hunter style pork with lemon slices.
