How to make
Cut the meat into steaks, tenderize with a wooden mallet. Salt and leave them to sit for about 10 min., then fry in the heated oil and take them out into a heated container. Cover them and keep warm.
In the same oil, braise the finely chopped onions, mushrooms, whole onion heads (peeled), chopped ham and Vienna sausages. Add the tomato paste, salt and season with black pepper. Stir and pour in the wine after 2-3 min.
Cover with a lid and saute for 15 min. on low heat, then pour the mixture over the steaks. Serve them with a salad or potatoes.
