How to make
I cut the potatoes into circles. In the already buttered IP bowl, I arranged them along with the whole garlic cloves. I sprinkled with salt, thyme, olive oil and a little water.
I arranged the cleaned and sliced salmon on aluminum foil. I sprinkled with salt, dill and olive oil.
I wrapped the fish and put it on top of the potatoes (I made 2 packets of fish). I baked for 10 minutes at 390°F (200°C) - airfryer. I took out the fish and put the potatoes in its place, so that the other half could be baked.
Note: The cooking time depends a lot on exactly how you like your fish. The second half of it, after 10 minutes were up, I removed the foil and turned on for another 5 minutes.
With both options, the stewed fish turns out extremely tasty, juicy and the bones are removed without any problem.
I served it with a little lemon juice on top.
The Salmon in Instant Pot is very tasty.
