Ingredients

  • pork shank - 4.4 lb (2 kg)
  • carrots - 4 pcs.
  • mushrooms - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • tomato sauce - 1 jar (400 g)
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
  • cumin
  • salt
  • savory herb
  • paprika

How to make

Cut the onion into rings, finely chop the 2 carrots and half of the mushrooms. Place them in the bottom of the appliance. The pork shank is placed on top of them.

Add the remaining 2 carrots cut into strips, the coarsely chopped mushrooms and potatoes.

Pour 1 jar tomato sauce, fill it with water and top up.
