How to make
I cut the onion and 2 carrots into chunks, finely chopped one part of the mushrooms and put them at the bottom of the pot.
I poured a large cup (5 fl oz ~150 ml capacity) of tomato juice and the same amount of water.
I mixed and arranged the wild boar shank on top of the vegetables. On top of it I poured the other mushrooms, which were cut in half and the other carrots (cut into strips).
I seasoned with soy sauce, savory herb, cumin and salt. I added the diced potatoes and in the jar of tomato sauce (which has more sauce in it) I poured water, which I added to the ingredients. I sprinkled with paprika and without stirring I put the lid on and cooked it under pressure.
My meat is from wild boar, for this reason I cooked it for 8 hours on the HI function of the slow cook program. If you are cooking with pork from the store, turn on the HI function for 4 hours or the Low function for 8 hours again on the slow cook program.
The meat falls apart, melts in your mouth and it has absorbed by the aroma of all the products in the dish. The vegetables become so tasty, that you can even do without the meat.
