  • pork - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • game meat - 1.1 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 2 onions
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.
  • salt

How to make

The pork and venison are grinded and left for at least 12 hours.

Then we add the grated onion, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, black pepper and salt to taste to the minced meat.

Knead the minced meat well and leave it for 1 hour.

Heat oil in a pan.

Form meatballs with wet hands, roll them in flour and fry them until done.

Serve the wild boar meatballs with cold beer or red wine :)
