Ingredients

  • sunflower tahini - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • spelt flour - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • coconut sugar - 2 oz (55 g)
  • coconut oil - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • walnuts
  • dried cherries - or other products of choice for decoration

How to make

In a blender or with a mixer, beat the sunflower tahini, sugar and butter.

Add the flour along with the baking powder to the mixture and mix well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Form cookies from the finished mixture, arrange them in a tray onto baking paper and decorate.

Bake the vegan cookies in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C) for approximately 10-15 minutes, by being careful not to burn them!
