"Aromatic, tasty and filling protein cookies that you can take on the go and eat as an afternoon snack"

Ingredients

  • oats - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • cashew - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • vegan protein - 1 serving with strawberry and coconut flavor (you can replace with another protein or flour of your choice)
  • agave syrup - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • coconut oil - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • cocoa beans - for sprinkling (can be skipped)

How to make

Blend the oats and cashews in a blender and pour them into a bowl.

Add the rest of the products without the cocoa beans and mix well.

Form cookies from the resulting mixture with your hands and arrange them in a tray onto baking paper.

Sprinkle with cocoa beans and bake in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
