"The Chocolate-Walnut Protein Cookies are the perfect treat when youre in the mood for a tasty cocoa snack."

Ingredients

  • egg - 1 pc.
  • chocolate protein - 1.1 oz (30 g) (flour of choice + cocoa and sweetener)
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g) + more for sprinkling
  • dried apples - 2.5 oz (70 g) (other dried fruit)
  • raisins - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • coconut shavings - 0.2 oz (5 g)
  • walnut tahini - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • orange peel - by taste
  • cinnamon
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

How to make

We blend the egg, protein, walnuts, apples and tahini in a blender, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Add the rest of the products, mix well and form chocolate cookies from the resulting mixture in a tray onto baking paper.

Sprinkle with more walnuts and orange peels and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes.
