How to make
We blend the egg, protein, walnuts, apples and tahini in a blender, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the rest of the products, mix well and form chocolate cookies from the resulting mixture in a tray onto baking paper.
Sprinkle with more walnuts and orange peels and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes.
Then our delicious protein cookies are ready.
