How to make
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, but they should not turn to hard snow. Soak the raisins in the rum for half an hour, then drain them well.
Begin mixing together the tahini, sunflower seeds, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, add the oats and ground walnuts, egg whites and mix everything very well. Shape cookies from the mixture with a spoon (2″ (5 cm) in diameter), put them straight into a greased and floured rectangular tray.
You can lay it out with greased baking paper. Bake in a preheated moderate oven until the edges brown. Remove and arrange them in a bowl, cover it for 15 minutes to smother them.
