How to make
In a blender or with a mixer, beat the sunflower tahini, sugar and butter.
Add the flour along with the baking powder to the mixture and mix well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Form cookies from the finished mixture, arrange them in a tray onto baking paper and decorate.
Bake the vegan cookies in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C) for approximately 10-15 minutes, by being careful not to burn them!
The low-fat tahini cookies are the perfect cookies for the Christmas Eve table or for snacking during the day :)
