  • tomatoes - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • zucchini - 1 pc., small
  • cucumbers - 1 pc., small
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 1 clove, fresh
  • olives - 10 pcs.
  • goat cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • for the dressing
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp, white
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Cut the zucchini into crescents. Pour a little oil on them, mix and cook them on the grill pan.

Put them in a bowl and add the finely chopped garlic to them. Mix well and set them aside.

Dice the tomatoes and goat cheese. Slice the cucumber and onion. Put the tomatoes on a suitable plate.

Arrange the rest of the products on top. Prepare the dressing and drizzle it over the tomato salad just before serving.
