Ingredients

  • goat cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mixed green salad - 1 packet
  • zucchini - 1/2 pc
  • cherry tomatoes - a handful
  • For the dressing
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • black olives - 4 pcs. pitted
  • anchovy - 1 pc.
  • oregano - 1 tsp.
  • garlic - 1 clove

How to make

Place the mixed salad in a bowl.

Chop the tomatoes.

Wash the zucchini and cut it into stripes. Saute it into a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

Let the zucchini cool a little and toss it in the salad. Sear both sides of the goat cheese and place it in the middle of your salad.
