How to make
Cut the Iceberg into a large bowl. Pour the corn on the side. Peel and slice the avocado. Add it next to the corn.
In a pan seal the cheese on both sides, without fat. Take it out, put it in the salad too.
In a dry pan roast the nuts.
Squeeze the lime juice and dissolve the honey in it.
Add the olive oil, salt and mix. Pour the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle with nuts.
Drizzle the cream vinegar over the appetizer in a zig-zag pattern.
The Avocado, Iceberg and Goat Cheese Salad is ready.
