How to make
Place the mint leaves in a blender with 1 tsp. of sugar and a little water.
Blend, until a froth is obtained. Pour into a strainer and leave it to drain, by pressing very well with a spatula to the bottom of the strainer to drain the mint juice.
Squeeze the lemon, orange and lime. The juice is filtered through a strainer.
Add the remaining sugar, mint juice and water. Mix. Add crushed ice.
The lemonade with orange, lime and mint is ready.
Note: When making any kind of homemade lemonade, I always use lightly carbonated water. It is much lighter than the mineral water and has a very pleasant taste.
