How to make
The potatoes are peeled, washed and dried. They are cut into very thin circles and the peppers and onions into thin juliennes.
Put everything in a baking dish and add the spices with the sliced garlic. Add the olive oil, as much salt as you like and mix.
It is wrapped with foil and the potatoes are roasted in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about an hour. Remove the foil and pour the white wine without stirring.
Roast for another ten minutes.
The roasted potatoes with aromatic herbs are very tasty.
