"Healthy bars to eat after the gym, on the go or at the office. Ideal for in between meals."

Ingredients

  • fine oats - 2 cups
  • flaxseed - 2 tbsp.
  • sesame seeds - 1/2 cup
  • coconut shavings - 1/2 cup
  • sunflower seed - 1/2 cup peeled and raw
  • honey - 1/2 cup
  • butter - 3 tbsp.

How to make

Melt the butter in a pan and toast the fine oats.

After they have cooled down, add the flaxseed, sesame seeds, coconut shavings and the raw and peeled sunflower seeds to them. All these ingredients are mixed very well.

The honey is melted and added to the other ingredients for the healthy bars. Everything is mixed well again and the resulting mixture is poured onto a tray covered with baking paper.

Put foil to roll out the mixture more easily.

Bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes.

Once it is baked and has cooled, cut it into small bars.
