For these muffins, beat the butter and sugar into a creamy and white mixure with a mixer.
Add the eggs with a pinch of salt and beat, until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
In the almond flour, mix the ordinary wheat flour, corn starch, baking powder and then add them to the mixture and beat.
Finally, add the pieces of chopped hard chocolate to the mixture and mix.
The mixture for the chocolate muffins is distributed in the greased molds, but they should not be overfilled. They are arranged in a tray.
Bake the muffins with almond flour and dark chocolate in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 25 minutes or until they're done.
