How to make
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, but do not strain it.
Cut the broccoli into florets and put them in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes. Strain.
Chop the garlic cloves.
Melt the butter in a deep frying pan and add the olive oil. Add the garlic and marinated dried tomatoes and fry for a minute.
Add the broccoli, season with the spices and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Then add the milk and cream cheese.
Stir and pour 2 ladles of the hot water from the pasta.
Let it simmer for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
Strain the pasta and transfer it into the pan.
Stir the broccoli pasta well for about a minute and remove the Pasta with Broccoli and Cream Cheese from the heat.
