"A wonderful for lunch or dinner idea for when you feel like eating aromatic fish - tuna fillet with lemon and potatoes."

Ingredients

  • tuna fillet - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 1 1/2 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - from 1/2 lemon
  • salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • oregano - 2 pinches
  • basil - 2 pinches
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp.
  • potatoes - about 5.3 oz (150 g), small
  • parmesan - 2 tsp.

How to make

Mix 1 tbsp. of the oil with the lemon juice and half of the spices. Mix well. The tuna fillet is marinated for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the remaining oil (1/2 tbsp.) with the other half of the spices.

The potatoes are washed, peeled and cut into larger pieces. They are mixed with the spices and then distributed in one half of a greased baking pan. Bake the potatoes for 15 minutes at 390°F (200°C).

Then put the fish on the right side of the baking pan and bake for 6 minutes.

Then it is taken out, the fish is turned over and placed back into the oven for 3 minutes.

Then turn it up to 480°F (250°C), sprinkle the parmesan over the potatoes and place the baking pan back into the oven for the final 3 minutes.
