measures

How to make

Sift the flour into a bowl and mix it with the salt. Make a well and pour the sour cream, the two slightly beaten egg yolks and margarine into it.

Knead a smooth, medium soft dough and leave it for 10 minutes.

Roll it out on a lightly floured surface and cut the savory biscuits into a circle shape. Arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper. The thickness of the savory biscuits should be from 3 to 5 mm.

Sprinkle them with coarse flaky salt and finely ground black pepper and put them in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C).

Bake the savory biscuits without milk until they aquire a golden brown color, for about 16-18 minutes.

Enjoy!

* From the amount of products, you will get 2 doses of savory biscuits or two standard trays in each oven.

* Instead of sour cream, you can use one of vegetable origin. For this purpose, you may need to add a little more flour, as it will be thinner than the sour cream.

Another option is to add 1 egg white from a large egg instead of cream.
